A week at The Carpenter’s with a Mediterranean twist – we’re serving up Greek Week with a menu full of mezze favourites and sun-kissed flavours. From Kefalotyri Saganaki, sizzling Greek cheese with lemon, to Chargrilled Aubergine with halloumi & tomato salsa, and a whole baked sea bass.
