A Wine Dinner with True Terroir

Join us for an intimate Wine Dinner hosted by Marco Borzone of True Terroir, celebrating a thoughtfully curated selection of delightful organic wines.

True Terroir was founded with roots in UK wine importing dating back to 1997, built on a passion for authentic, characterful producers – including historic Barolo legends such as Bartolo Mascarello and Teobaldo Cappellano.

Marco brings a wealth of experience from London’s restaurant scene to the evening, having risen through the ranks at Bocconcino Mayfair, opening Ossobuco as General Manager, and later returned to Bocconcino as Head Sommelier.

For this special evening, Marco will guide you through each pairing, sharing the stories of the regions, whilst our wonderful Head Chef Atos has created a bespoke four-course menu designed especially for the night, expect dishes such as Maldon rock oyster with smoked balsamic, octopus carpaccio, Wiltshire rack of lamb, wild mushroom vol au vent, and flourless chocolate cake with mascarpone – each course thoughtfully paired to showcase the best of both kitchen and cellar.

• Tickets are £55 per person, including all four courses and paired wines.
